God’s timing is not always ours. We may be waiting and waiting on God to answer our prayers, but He knows what is best for us. We see shortsightedly while He sees into eternity. It may be hard, but we simply must rely on Him. Here is a passage from my book, OK, God, Let’s Start From Here.
God has His own timetable, and we are not privileged enough to know it. It could actually be harmful to us to know what will take place because we could hurt ourselves trying to do something on our own that only God can do. We could mess up the wonderful plans God has for us.
