You may praise Him (God) in all kinds of ways, but just praise Him from your heart. It doesn’t matter what words you use, just lift His Name on high and give Him all the glory and respect He is due.
Here are some examples of praises being said from the people in the Bible. Psalms has wonderful examples of people praising God for who He is.
- I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue. (Psalm 66:17, NIV)
- My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long. (Psalm 71:8, NIV)
