Psalm 103:14 Amplified Bible
14 For He knows our [mortal] frame;
He remembers that we are [merely] dust.
God made us individually. He formed us in our mother’s womb. When He made Adam, He fashioned him from the dust. He breathed His breath into Adam’s nostrils, and He became alive. (Genesis 2:7) We came from nothing, and one day our bodies will return to the earth.
Even though we are simply made, we have very important things to do before we die. Jesus came to give us abundant life here on earth. (John 10:10) We can live for Him and honor what He did on the cross by helping others see God and His wonderful love for all of us. Realizing this truth will not only set us free, but others as well.
Lord, I know our bodies may be just something our spirits live in here on earth. I want to live out my days learning more about You so I can help others realize the wonderful plans You have for each of our lives. In Jesus Name, Amen!
